- History of leading multi‑site business development teams and achieving referral/census targets.

- Proficient in CRM reporting, growth analytics, and competitive market strategy.
- Exceptional interpersonal and coaching skills with a focus on accountability and results.
- Willingness to travel regularly across the three Iowa branches.
- Manage, coach, and develop a team of 6 – 8 marketers and liaisons across three Iowa branches.
- Develop and implement a regional growth plan aligned with company goals and local market dynamics.
- Analyze market share, referral patterns, and competitive positioning using CRM and industry tools.
- Support business development team in building deep referral relationships with hospitals, SNFs, case managers, and physician groups.
- Collaborate closely with branch leadership and clinical teams to ensure seamless handoffs and service excellence.
