    Position Overview

    We are looking for a rockstar Account Executive candidate who has relative outside sales experience in closing sales deals. They are able to generate sales leads to bring on new clients and maintain relationships with existing ones. This candidate will be able to understand a prospective client's needs and offer an ideal membership solution with Wed Society | Houston, Oklahoma, North Texas and Austin markets.. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and have a positive track record of exceeding outlined goals.

    Responsibilities

    • Manages the full sales cycle from prospecting, building full pipeline and selling membership to new accounts
    • Conduct virtual meetings with accounts to close deals
    • Maintains client communication and ensures client satisfaction through strong relationships to ensure long term success
    • Generates revenue and meets/exceeds established sales targets

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree
    • 2-3 years of sales experience
    • Adept at prospecting and using effective consultative selling principles and practices
    • Strong client service relationship-building skills
    • Proven work experience as successful Business Development Rep, Sales Account Executive or similar role
    • Excellent communication (verbal, written & presentation), negotiation, and closing skills
    • Independent; self-motivated; competitive; resilient
    • Proficient in customer relationship management software
    • Demonstrated ability to set goals and achieve them
    • Experience in managing a book of business

    Position is Salary + Commission. AE will work from home, occasional in person client visits and occasional travel for special events in the market.
