    We seek an experienced administrative assistant with professional writing ability and exceptional proofreading skills for our Executive Administrative Assistant to VP position. Yes, we are proofreading and evaluating your cover letter

    This candidate plays a crucial role in our organization, serving, supporting, and providing technical assistance to the Executive Vice President, as well as supporting our franchise owners with courtesy and collaborating with colleagues professionally. The ideal candidate will exhibit detailed, quality work, professionalism, a high level of business administration and technical skills while supporting the Executive Vice President of Operations. In this role, you will coordinate, lead, or assist with various assignments as needed, with professional etique. Technical skills include high proficiency in Excel, Word, Teams, financial software, and other CRMs preferred.

    Additional skills necessary for this position:

    • Excellent written and verbal communication with strong writing and editing skills.
    • A passion for technology, including the ability to teach others.
    • Working knowledge of CRMs (ex. Salesforce, UKG, Intacct, etc.).
    • Ability to manage and direct workflow.
    • A drive to achieve and learn.
    • Critical thinking, organization, time management, and leadership skills.
    • At least five years of experience in a similar role.
