- Work with the other owner to create, and develop relationships with international manufacturers who produce highquality products but also at certain COGS benchmarks
- Stay up to date on soccer/football trending shoes, apparel, and styles and work with our designers to make seasonal designs for our seasonal products
- Be competent with effective social media marketing methods and platforms and what gives the best ROAS
- Have a sales background that helps with the creation of relationships with leagues, club teams, soccer associations, coaches, players, and stores to collaborate on tournaments, sponsor young talent, and move product into stores
- Implement succession planning strategies to ensure the longterm success of the organization
- Collect and analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement
- Utilize CRM systems to overlook sales team
- Oversee talent management initiatives, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee development
- Cash investment as a passive business owner or sweat equity will be considered
- At least 3 years of Ecommerce Management experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration considered
- Proven experience in sales, finance and cost accounting, negotiation, brand development and social media marketing
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to collect and interpret complex data
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with various stakeholders
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fastpaced environment
