Duties

• You will review document registers, document files, suspense files, and account records to verify postings and consistency with automated/manual accountable property balances.
• You will prepare reports on the condition of records, shortages, corrections and actions recommended to improve property accountability in accordance with regulatory quideance.
• You will conduct accountable property reconciliation.
• You will monitor and participate in the redistribution of equipment

Qualifications Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-06 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector:

• Establishing supply regulations, policies, procedures, and instructions.
• Utilizing property accountability systems and procedures along with the skill to conduct extensive searches to resolve discrepancies in the inventory process.
• Utilizing federal stock system and property accountability requirements.
• Applying standard supply management procedures to perform routine work involving inventory and excess property management
