We have fun with our work, and enjoy helping our customers have the most beautiful lawns and landscapes and pest-free homes. Founded in 2002, we have grown across North Mississippi and the Memphis markets. We have grown year after year on the strong referrals from our clients.

Our team provides lawn weed control and fertilizer applications along with pest and termite control to residential, commercial and municipal customers.

Inside Sales Responsibilities:

Communicate with management and sales representatives regularly
Maintain professional image & Provide excellent customer service
Serve existing customers by optimizing our services they utilize
Acquire new customers by reaching out to leads via phone
General knowledge of product choice and application methods
Resolve customer complaints and questions
Maintain documentation of customer contact and account updates
Ability to upsell services to clients in need of additional care

Minimum Qualifications of Inside Sales Representative:

HS Diploma or GED

Customer service, prospecting and people skills

Phone, email and chat communication skills

Persuasion, negotiation and closing skills

Must be available to work 40-plus hours per week

Maintain professional image at all times

Pre-employment background check, drug screen and MVR approval required

Base salary with emphasis on commission opportunities
