Responsibilities:
The attorney will help prepare and review non-immigrant and immigrant visa filings, including various work visa petitions, PERM labor certification applications, EB-1, EB-2, and EB-3 applications, I-9 compliance, and e-Verify recommendations. They will also provide immigration program management guidance to clients, supervise paralegal staff, and ensure accurate recordkeeping.
