    Psychiatrist Opportunity at Talkiatry

    Talkiatry is a supportive and innovative practice that emphasizes both physician well-being and accessible mental health treatment. As a board-certified psychiatrist, you'll have the autonomy to manage your practice while treating a diverse patient population with mental health disorders.

    We provide in-network, outpatient treatment for children and adults with depressive, anxiety, attention, and other disorders. Our psychiatrists are in control of their practice, with flexible scheduling and minimal administrative duties. This enables them to focus on providing quality care.

    Our support staff focuses on removing administrative duties, allowing our psychiatrists to spend more time on patient care. We also offer flexibility in where and when they practice medicine, including a 100% remote work option.

    We believe that solving the accessibility issues in mental health care begins with taking care of our doctors. That's why we provide solutions to the challenges that psychiatrists face, from a lack of front and back-office infrastructure and support in private practice settings to being overworked and underpaid by hospitals, clinics, and other institutions.

    We empower our psychiatrists to treat the conditions and population they enjoy, building a practice they find both satisfying and intellectually challenging. Through proprietary technology developed by psychiatrists for psychiatrists, we offer integrated EMR tools, telemedicine capabilities, and direct lab integration.

    Our psychiatrists can select a patient population according to their own criteria and preferences. We also offer a strong in-house referral network, which allows them to refer patients to specialists and therapists whose practice exclusively supports patients our psychiatrists are actively treating.

    We cover up to 100% of our psychiatrists' healthcare premiums, even for large families. Our benefits package includes comprehensive employee benefits, a lighter administrative burden, and schedule flexibility. Our compensation plan totals ~$300K-$350K+ annually, consisting of a base salary and a monthly productivity incentive.

    To be successful in this role, you'll need to be a board eligible or certified psychiatrist with excellent clinical knowledge and communication skills. You'll also need to be willing to learn new or streamlined EMR tools and have a proactive approach with a strong work ethic and desire to participate in a collaborative environment.
