- Plan and design large scale infrastructure, land development and athletic field projects
- Oversee and guide projects from initial concept through construction closeout
- Mentor and lead project team and direct reports
- Perform and review detailed hydraulic calculations
- Produce effective and high-quality project documents (including reports, drawings, and specifications)
- Provide bidding and construction administration services
- Assist in the preparation of project proposals
- Communicate directly with and maintain client relationships
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil and/or Environmental Engineering
- 5+- years' experience
- Registered as a Professional Engineer or ability to obtain license within 1-yr
- Track record of developing good working relationships with municipal, industrial, and/or institutional clients
- Effective communication skills using oral, graphic and written forms
- Ability to perform assigned tasks with minimal supervision
- Ability to travel to project sites and work remotely as needed
- Ability to manage workload and budgets as allocated
- Familiarity with AutoDesk products and hydraulic/process modeling software is preferred
