**Description**

**CONTRIBUTION STATEMENT:**

Responsible for the efficient and economical shipping, receiving, warehousing and Inventory of packed stock and packaging materials. Assists in scheduling daily assignments of all department personnel. Schedules domestic and export shipments for all trucks and containers.

ACCOUNTABILITY #1 QUALITY MANAGEMENT

Receives and stores inventory and finished production in an efficient and safe manner.

Ensures proper inspection of all loads being shipped.

Responsible for accuracy of packed stock inventories.

Oversees maintenance of necessary records of receipts, shipments, withdrawals of production supplies and packed stock.

Enters and oversees Inventory and Inventory Transactions into SAP as required.

Ensures adequate inspections are performed on incoming trailers. Inspections are for leaks, cleanliness and foreign objects, to ensure Sunsweet quality standards are maintained.

Monitors waiting time for trucks picking-up product to ensure highest service level.

Notifies appropriate personnel of incoming deliveries, i.e., FedEx, UPS, USPS, etc..

Inspects department equipment to be sure sanitation standards are met.
