    The Arena Operations Manager will be responsible for the operational layout and safety oversight of all Red Bull Arena fan fest type events which include set up and breakdown of the Red Bull Arena BULLevard, maintenance and inventory of all Red Bull Arena assets necessary to meet the standard expected by all visitors to Red Bull Arena. Secondary duties include logistical management of New York Red Bull dark day and special events, assisting in the management of facility upkeep, event incident tracking, and oversight of the Red Bull Arena fleet vehicles.

    Because of the cyclical nature of the entertainment industry, you may be asked to work varying schedules to reflect our needs (includes nights and weekends).

    Job Description

    RESPONSIBILITES

    • Understanding of event logistics and management.
    • Ability to schedule staffing and resources for stadium events.
    • Knowledge of equipment, tools and procedures of equipment management.
    • Knowledge of supervisory principles and practices.
    • Skill in planning and supervising part time event day staff.
    • Ability to effectively communicate.
    • The ability to work effectively with people from a variety of culturally diverse backgrounds
    • Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting and carrying up to 50 pounds.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Teams and PowerPoint.
    • Must have a valid driver's license.
    • Ability to operate a forklift or the willingness to learn.
    Qualifications

    Four Year Bachelor's Degree preferred.

    Two years of college or professional athletic event management or similar type experience.
