    Position Summary:


    We are looking for a Brand Manager to join our marketing team in Roswell, GA to lead our Pine Mountain and Diamond brands.

    The Brand Manager leads brand strategy and manages the P&L to drive profitable growth of our branded and private label portfolio across retail channels.

    Responsible for developing consumer, brand, category, product launch and communication strategies within the organization and delivering results against those initiatives.

    The Brand Manager executes their business unit strategy on a day-to-day basis.

    As a key leader of the business, you are integrated into the daily operations of the business unit to make decisions and drive action to deliver on the needs of the consumer.

    In this role, you are responsible for coordinating with cross-functional teams and influencing outcomes to develop and implement strategic projects.


    Job Responsibilities:
    P&L ResponsibilityResponsible for hitting company sales target and profitability goals.
    Business Unit & Brand StrategyImplement long-term updates for Objectives, Goals, Strategies & Measures for the business unit.

    Lead the development of all owned brand content including product packaging, websites, product images, videos, copy, infographics, and more.4P Planning & ExecutionAnalyze data, including sales results, consumer insights, market research, and category trends, to identify business insights that inform strategies to grow your business.

    Define product priority, pricing, promotion, preferred shelf placement and merchandising plans.
    Sales CollaborationWork with the Sales team to develop Customer presentations, Category/POS insights and creating Ecommerce content.
    Assist with planning & forecasting through the S&OP process.

    Advertising & Consumer CommunicationsDevelop brand and product communications marketing plans and work to implement & execute with internal teams and our media agency of record for paid media.

    Establish advertising benchmarks, marketing budgets, KPIs and reporting.
    Market Data Trends & AnalysisReporting category and brand level trends for the market and by customer.
    Leverage market data for customer presentations, new product development, and business planning.

    Innovation & New Product LaunchesManage your portfolio of products through various states of the product lifecycle including new product innovation from ideation to commercialization and product management from go to market strategies to product maturity.

    Provide market and consumer insights to guide new product development priorities.
    Develop launch plans including sales presentations, media activation, and internal forecasts.

    Understand the ins and outs of a P&L in order to evaluate and manipulate it to align strategies within the marketing mix to deliver profitable results.

    Possess passion and curiosity to continuously seek out opportunities and ideas to strengthen your brand(s) and grow your business.

    Have a bias for action to quickly adapt and execute on the needs of the business while being comfortable challenging the status quo.

    Leverage first party and third-party consumer research to understand and articulate the voice of the consumer within the organization to deliver on strategies to satisfy their needs.

    Be the expert on your portfolio of products and projects with the ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with cross-functional partners within sales, supply chain, research and development, communications, finance and market research.

    Analyze and manipulate data within Circana, Excel and Tableau to uncover insights and provide opinions on marketplace dynamics, competitive analysis, promotion and pricing evaluation.

    The perfect person will have:


    Bachelor's Degree in Marketing and preferably MBA with a concentration in Marketing.3-5 years' experience with a combination of Brand Management/Trade Marketing/Sales experience.

    Extensive project management experience and proven ability to multitask.
