- Two or more years of experience as an effective technical writer
- Proven ability to quickly learn and understand complex subject matter.
- Experience in writing documentation and procedure manuals for various audiences.
- Superb written communication skills, with a keen eye for detail
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Demonstrate an ethical approach to business, high integrity, and a commitment to delivering superior results.
- Ability to work effectively in a remote work environment as an individual contributor.
- Knowledge or experience in financial services and/or retail co-brand, private-label, installment loan or Lease-To-Own lease financing, a plus
