- Prepare and file federal, state, and local income returns
- Maintain tax basis deprecation records and intangible asset schedules
- Reconcile various tax related to the general ledger accounts
- Manage and assist with tax audits
- Maintain a working knowledge of state income/ franchise tax developments
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Accounting or Finance
- 5+ years' of experience of professional tax experience
- Strong communication and analytical skills
- CPA or Parts Passed required
