    This role will be overseeing the project management team and will be working directly with C-level executives, other directors, and clients.

    Job DescriptionHandle all aspects of project management (PMs, Engineers, and Preconstruction teams)Meeting with clients during multiple phases of the project - proposals, kick off, updates, closing, and new business opportunitiesTraveling to job sites periodically to check in on status (local to Missouri and Illinois)Reviewing proposals, schematics, and other project documents to assess potential setbacks or risks to the projectsClient relations will be an important part of this roleAnalyze current internal processes to see if there are more efficient routes of scheduling, budgeting, or workforce distributingUtilize project management and estimating software to review updates and changesAssisting in hiring processesMPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
