The OpportunityWe're seeking a curious, detail-oriented R&D Technician who wants to be deeply involved in product development, testing, and scale-up.
This isn't a bench-only role — it's hands-on, cross-functional, and foundational to how new products are developed and launched:
Supporting formulation trials and bench-scale experiments
Executing test plans and documenting results with precision
Collaborating with Quality, Operations, and Engineering
Helping bridge the gap between R&D concepts and real-world manufacturing
You'll be part of a growing R&D function with real influence on products, processes, and outcomes.
What You'll Support
Conducting bench, pilot, and plant trials for new and existing products
Preparing samples, ingredients, and test materials accurately and safely
Collecting, recording, and organizing experimental data
Maintaining R&D lab organization, cleanliness, and equipment readiness
Supporting sensory testing, stability studies, and product evaluations
Partnering with Quality on specifications, testing, and documentation
Assisting with scale-up activities and production trials
Following SOPs while helping improve and refine them over time

Experience Requirements
1–3+ years in a lab, R&D, manufacturing, or technical support role preferred
No degree required — capability, discipline, and character matter most
Foodscience degree is a strong plus
New to the industry/ freshly graduated is a strong plus
Enjoys connecting with people + strong communication skills
Experience with food, nutrition, supplements, or manufacturing is a plus
Comfort with documentation, SOPs, and basic data tracking
Willingness to learn new tools, equipment, and processes
