    Support for Disaster Recovery strategies including server imaging and automated offsite backupsDesign, Implementation, & Support services for Servers, Storage solutions, Virtualization solutions, Workstations, and mobile devicesTechnical services at the network level (i.e., network connectivity, routers, firewalls, switches, security)Remote access solution implementation and support (i.e., VPN, Terminal Services, & Citrix)Troubleshooting and issue resolutionDetailed documentation of customeras systemsDetailed documentation of time spent on service issues and projectsConstant pursuit of technical improvement in all areasQualifications and SkillsTo be successful in this position, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty exceptionally.

    The employee filling the System Engineer position should have an outstanding level of customer service and some of the following certifications:
    Microsoft MCSA/MCITP/MCSE, SonicWall CSSA, Cisco CCNA, VMWare VCP, CompTIA A+, CompTIA Network+, WatchGuard Fireware Essentials+, 3CX Basic/Advanced Certifications.
