Designed to tackle the demands of flying high-performance aircraft and modern aerial warfare, CRAFT integrates three core pillars into its curriculum: educational foundation, performance enhancement, and early injury prevention. • Collaborate closely with strength and conditioning coaches, cognitive performance specialists, physical therapists, and other HPO personnel to integrate soft tissue therapy into broader health and performance programs.
    • Maintain accurate records of treatments provided, assess and document pilot responses to therapy to inform treatment planning and effectiveness.
    • Follow treatment plans guided by physical therapists and stay informed about the latest trends and best practices in soft tissue treatments.
    • Participate in periodic in-service training, attend necessary conferences or courses to maintain professional certifications, and ensure the cleanliness and sanitation of treatment areas and equipment.
    • Other duties as assigned.

    Required Qualifications:

    • Prior experience in sports massage or soft tissue therapy, with a strong preference for experience in sports or military settings.
    • Current certification in basic cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR), including Automated External Defibrillator (AED) training.
    • Pass required background check: National Agency Check with Inquiries (NACI).
    • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.
