    Position: Full-Time Speech-Language Pathologist
    Location: Central, LA

    Job Details:

    • Hours: Full-Time (40 hours/week) for the Full School Year
    • Conduct assessments, provide therapy, and collaborate within a supportive team environment
    • Caseload: Elementary-Middle School, Onsite Only

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Conduct thorough assessments to identify speech and language disorders in students.
    • Create and implement individualized therapy plans to address students' communication needs effectively.
    • Foster collaboration with teachers, parents, and professionals to ensure a coordinated approach to student support.
    • Monitor progress regularly and adjust therapy techniques to maximize outcomes.

    Requirements:

    • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field.
    • Louisiana Speech-Language Pathologist license or eligibility.
    • Preferred experience working with pediatric populations.
