Laboratory Technicians are responsible for performing tests on fans, louvers, dampers and other HVAC related equipment.

• Capable of operating and maintaining test equipment used in testing members samples.
• Communicates with members during setup and testing to ensure proper evaluation of samples.
• Provides feedback to laboratory management and engineering staff regarding laboratory procedures and testing issues.
• May initiate recommendations for new equipment designs and recommends solutions to issues observed during testing.
• Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office and other programs as required
• Ability to incorporate automation into day-to-day testing

The work environment is typical of an industrial laboratory or warehouse.

• You will be required to operate a forklift, powered pallet jack or scissor lift.
