    DescriptionThe Clinical Research Coordinator screens patients for eligibility, arranges all aspects of the assigned clinical research trials, interfaces with the Sponsor and the PI, and reports directly to the Research Director.

    For this opening, the leadership team is looking for someone with Oncology experience, and someone who has already served in a Clinical Research role, preferably as a Coordinator but will consider other positions as well.

    Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesResponsible for overall conduct of assigned clinical research studies.
    Coordinates all aspects of clinical research activities.

    Directs conduct of research studies to ensure adherence to protocol and provides updates to PI and Research Director and Study Sponsor as needed.

    Coordinates all regulatory aspects, such as preparing regulatory packets, safety reports, adverse events.
    Determine subject eligibility; screens, recruits, and enrolls subjects, ensuring and documenting proper informed consent.

    Coordinates collection of all trial data and completes Case Report FormsSchedules screening visits and any follow up visits with patients.

    Performs additional tasks as assigned by PI and/or Research Director.
    Travel to surrounding clinics in Brandon, Mid-Pinellas, etc., as needed for support.


    Required Qualifications:
    Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
    Proficient in Microsoft Office, Outlook, and other Computer UseAbility to travel between local clinicsAbility to organize a high-volume workload and prioritize tasks accordinglyStrong work ethics and personal integrityTimeliness and dependability
