Job summary
We are seeking a high-energy Catering Sales Manager who thrives at the intersection of events, hospitality, and community connection to proactively sell the hotel's event venue and catering services to meeting planners, corporate clients, social groups,and outside organizations.
Responsibilities
- Actively prospect,solicit,and secure new catering and event business from meeting planners,corporate clients associations,and external organizations
- Sell the event venue as a destination for meetings conferences trainings social events,
and programmed events hosted in partnership with outside organizations - Respond promptly to inquiries prepare proposals negotiate contracts,and close sales to meet or exceed revenue goals
- Conduct site tours and presentations that effectively showcase event spaces,catering offerings,and service capabilities
