Job summary
We are seeking a dedicated and personable Controller to join our team of accounting professionals. The Controller will interact with clients, their staff, Board of Directors and Finance Committees on a regular basis.Responsibilities include financial reporting for management and Board decision making and presentations,
Recommending and implementing improvements to accounting operations internal controls compliance policies procedures supporting client strategy best practices Transactional activities including accounts payable accounts receivable revenue recognition billing payroll general accounting reconciliations month end close maintaining workpapers Analysis data visualization budgeting forecasting Grant management allocations funder reporting Prepare manage annual audit Client staff training opportunities
