    About the Role

    We are seeking an experienced Account Manager to join our team at Amazon Web Services. The successful candidate will be responsible for selling to Strategic ISV's and expanding the business with our hottest ISV customers.

    The Account Manager will build and maintain broad relationships, develop and manage opportunities, and facilitate a large team of extended resources. This includes working closely with C-level executives, engineering, IT/operations, partner org, and sales teams to drive business growth for AWS and our ISV partners.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Teaming with all aspects of the customer's organization, including C-level executives, engineering, IT/operations, partner org, and sales teams.
    • Selling at the most strategic (C-level) within the account and implementing a broad strategy for earning customer acceptance and service implementation.
    • Collaborating with all appropriate AWS resources (Executives, Partner, Support, Solution Architect) to support customer interests.
    • Dotted line responsibility for partnership and technical collaboration.
    • New service adoption and new line of business development.

    Requirements

    • 5+ years of full sales cycle, technology sales or equivalent business development, sales engineering/consulting or equivalent experience.
    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Experience with sales CRM tools such as Salesforce or similar software.
    • Experience in engineering, computer science, or MIS.
    • Experience building profitable partner ecosystems.
