    A successful professional services firm are looking to hire a Marketing Manager In this dynamic role, you'll be at the forefront of the firm's social media and all marketing endeavors, collaborating closely with management, Human Resources, and various departments to ensure the seamless execution of marketing campaigns that drive business growth and enhance our brand impact both internally and externally.

    We seek a professional who is not only adept within the marketing field, but also skilled in managing diverse social media platforms, crafting compelling content, and juggling multiple projects with finesse.

    RESPONSIBILITIES
    all brands and businesses within our brand (total of 3)

    with cross-functional teams to develop creative briefs and steer creative direction, ensuring alignment with business objectives across all social channels.

    and execute multi-channel campaigns throughout the prospect and customer lifecycle, maintaining consistency in messaging across platforms.

    content updates for customer and internal touchpoints, establish budget parameters, participate in events, document business processes, and provide sales support as needed.

    customer and market insights to optimize outreach strategies, enhance customer conversions, and generate high-quality leads.
    and analyze the effectiveness of current marketing initiatives, leveraging tracking tools and data analysis to optimize performance.

    campaign ideas and final deliverables to internal and external stakeholders, and liaise with senior leaders on marketing programs, strategies, and budgets.


    REQUIREMENTS
    Bachelors degree in Communications, Marketing, or related field.
    3 + years of proven experience in a managerial role.
    communication and copywriting skills, with hands-on experience in content creation and management.
    in LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and other relevant social media platforms.
    mindset with excellent multitasking and organizational abilities.
    and in depth understanding of SEO, keyword research, Google Analytics, and web design and backdoor web management.
