    As part of the Technical Services Group, you'll provide technical support to operations and customers; participate in product, process and equipment research and development; analyze and implement data
    -driven initiatives from laboratory, pilot plant to scale
    -up; and ensuring QA of products and materials.


    Responsibilities:

    -
    • Coordinate and execute benchtop, pilot, manufacturing scaleup and verification batches with speed and robustness.
    • Support the development and optimization of new and existing products/ processes.
    • Provide workable solutions to highly complex formulations, technical challenges, and troubleshooting.
    • Conducts research to develop new and improved manufacturing processes.
    • Designs and plans the layout of equipment.
    • Conducts tests and monitors the performance of processes throughout production.
    • Troubleshoots problems with manufacturing processes.
    • Evaluates equipment and processes to ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.

    • Manages projects and maintains constant communication with cross functional groups to drive projects from concept through commercialization.
    • Provide documentation to ensure the consistent manufacture of new products; including batch records, production instructions, validation and stability protocols in the development and commercialization of the products.

    Qualifications:

    -
    • BS Chemical Engineering degree with 6+ years in combination of project/ process engineering, product/process development, and regulatory requirements in polymers, minerals, chemical, and/or food science industries.
    • Proficient in RCA, PSM, MS Project, AutoCad, MS Excel, Word.
