- Perform data analysis and provide insights by collecting, cleansing, and validating data from diverse sources, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Identify patterns, trends, and anomalies in collected data and translate findings into actionable recommendations for business growth and process improvement.
- Perform end-to-end process evaluation by mapping and analyzing processes across departments and propose enhancements to improve efficiency and optimization.
- Create alert reporting to proactively identify potential concerns or issues to be reviewed/actioned by operational teams.
- Design and develop interactive dashboards using tools like Tableau or Power BI to visualize KPIs, performance metrics, and operational trends.
- Create clear and concise reports, dashboards, and visualizations to generate compelling narratives around data insights, present findings to leadership and operational teams.
- Work with cross functional teams to understand and translate future needs and develop proposed solutions that will improve and enhance processes.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent related work or military experience in Supply Chain/Logistics, Data Science, Business Analytics, or a related field.
- 1 year of experience with logistics and process improvement.
- Proficient understanding of lean methodologies
- Large scale project and implementation experience
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or QlikView.
- Competent data analysis and manipulation knowledge
- Detail oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
