Job DescriptionSummary
Responsible for the upkeep and functionality of the assigned commercial property(s) and to preserve the condition and functionality of several of our properties. Additionally, will assist and perform a variety of maintenance tasks including:
Responsibilities:

• Developing and implementing preventative maintenance procedures.
• Inspecting buildings, equipment, and systems to identify any issues.
• Safety Inspections including fire extinguishers to ensure in working order and approved
• Planning and scheduling repairs of faulty equipment units, lighting and damaged structures.
• Conducting periodic quality checks on equipment and systems to ensure everything is up to standard.
• Trash removal, on-site resupply, minor janitorial (clean entry doors, windows, demo, construction repairs)
• Performing general maintenance tasks including landscaping, painting, carpentry and caulking
• Managing heating, cooling and plumbing systems to guarantee functionality.
• Install/remove walls, replace ceiling tiles
• Landscaping, including installation, trimming and removal of surface plantings and trees
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 2+ years previous construction or maintenance experience
• Must have a valid Driver's License
• Advanced understanding of general maintenance procedures and techniques.
• Attention to detail and effective problem-solving skills
• Ability to work solo as well as with a team
• Must speak, read, write and comprehend English fluently
• Must be flexible and able to respond quickly to various situations
• Ability to respond to after-hour emergencies
• Must be able to lift 20 lbs. or more
• Ability to work in both indoor and outdoor environments
