- 5+ years IT experience in the field of VOIP/ IP telephony.- 5+ years' experience in Cisco UC Manager / Call Manager (CUCM).- 5+ years' experience in Cisco Unity / Cisco Unity Connection (CUC).- 3+ Cisco IM & Presence Server (IM&P) / Cisco Jabber.- 3+ years' experience in Cisco Contact Center UCCX or UCCE.- 3+ years experience with Cisco Webex Cloud technology WxC and WxCC.

• Experience with Calabrio Call recording.
• Experience with Voice IOS Gateways with H.
