What You'll Be Doing
The Program Operations & Accounting Associate provides foundational operational and accounting support for Stifel Charitable, Inc., assisting with donor-advised fund transactions, basic accounting tasks, and administrative duties. This entry-level role focuses on accurate data entry, document handling, and supporting team workflows.
What We're Looking For
- Assist with processing donor-advised fund transactions and grant distributions under supervision.
- Support the Accounting Manager with basic reconciliations and reporting tasks.
- Prepare and maintain accurate documentation for compliance and recordkeeping.
- Perform data entry and assist with daily operational tasks such as mailing and scanning.
- Respond to internal inquiries and escalate issues as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
- Participate in cross-training to provide coverage during peak periods.
What You'll Bring

- Basic verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to follow established procedures and work effectively in a team environment.
Education & Experience
- Minimum Required: High School Degree or equivalent.
- Preferred: 1 years' of administrative or operational experience; financial services or nonprofit experience a plus.
Licenses & Credentials
- Minimum Required: None.
Systems & Technology
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook.
- Experience with data entry or operational processes.
