    One of our top start-up clients is looking to build out their east coast Strategic Account Management team. The preference would be for this individual to be located in New York City or Boston.
    Job Title - Senior Technical Account ManagerDelivery Lead focusing on deployments at Investment Banking clients, collaborating closely with Product and Engineering team members helping to scale this function over timeDay-to-DayEngagement lead for new mission critical deployments of AI alerts for investment banks working alongside internal and external partners/executivesBuild relationships with existing clients leadership teams, establishing credibility with the senior bankers using the solutionRun product demonstrations, technical training sessions, team synchs, workshops, scoping sessions, banker on-boarding/launch sessions, and present C-level impact engagement analysis reportsOversee complex aspects of enterprise digital transformationBecome an internal product expert and be able to configure and integrate client accounts seamlessly to help bankers with pain pointsMust understand the broad landscape of IB and Capital Markets workflows across coverage, M&A, ECM, DCM, Lev Fin, from prospecting to pitching to deal execution, understanding what bankers do, what data and insights sources they rely upon, and the common frictions in their workflowCollaborate to drive expansion and renewal activities across your accounts, expanding reach to new banking groups, new integrations, and new use case opportunitiesDeliverablesWeekly Check-Ins, Project plan/launch/timelines, Quarterly Business Reviews, present C-level impact engagement analysis reports, kickoff workshops presentation decks, banker on-boarding & training, expansion, case study creationSkillsProven track record of success in a fast paced start-up software company or investment bankExperience creating PowerPoint decks for presenting to C-Suite audienceExp with Excel-based analysis and data visualization5+ years of exp in technical account management or product management/innovationTechnical Background with enterprise software, data analytics, and systems integrationsExcited or has experience with Artificial Intelligence, believes this software will transform financial services workflows, professional services, and beyondMust be customer-centric, entrepreneurial, dynamic, proactive, cross-functional team player#J-18808-Ljbffr
