    Responsibilities

    Participate in the sales process by effectively demonstrating the features and functionality of Crown's Insite products and its services.

    Work with retail operations and the District Service and Part Managers (DS&PM), Regional Sales Managers (RSM), General Sales Managers (GSM), and National Account Managers to ensure market position of Crown accounts are maintained and enhanced.

    Maintain direct contact with current or prospective customers to ensure customer satisfaction.

    Prepare proposals and sales presentations to ensure Company value is recognized by assigned accounts and adequate sales, service and support is accomplished.

    Develop and execute strategic sales plans to gain and maintain the position of Crown's Insite products throughout the retail network.

    Present and train the dealer and branch sales staff to be competent in the Insite line of products. Develop and perform presentations, lead sales discussions and help with all aspects of the sale process in order to gain the sale.

    Responsible for developing and maintaining a geographical region for the sale and sales support efforts of Crown's Insite suite of products.

    Qualifications

    5-7 years' related experience

    Associate (Business or equivalent experience)

    Must have valid driving privileges

    Extensive travel (over 20%)

    Extensive overnight stays (over 20%)

    Preferred Qualifications

    A two or four year business degree or equivalent experience along with three to five years' of comparable field experience. Capable of leading and effectively garnering retail management support to achieve company and customer objectives within a teamed environment. Good communication both verbal and non-verbal, computer, organizational, interpersonal, and motivational skills. Basic IT wireless knowledge preferred.
