    Job DescriptionWe are currently seeking a dependable, hardworking, focused, and highly motivated Service Coordinator for Berg's Heating and Air Conditioning. This position reports directly to our Interim General Manager and is a remote/hybrid position based in Sierra Vista, AZ.
    Responsibilities.

    As our Service Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in our operations. Working closely with our Commercial Service Manager, your primary responsibilities will include:

    • Provide top-notch customer service via email, phone, and text
    • Efficiently schedule technicians and manage invoices and MSAs
    • Maintain an up-to-date and accurate customer database through Salesforce
    • Ensure clear communication with department managers, employees, and customers
    • Handle occasional assigned administrative duties

    Recommendations.

    • 2+ years of administrative experience
    • 1+ years of scheduling or dispatching experience
    • Advance customer service and communication skills (written and verbal)
    • High attention to detail with the ability to complete tasks and follow through
    • Strong prioritization and organizational skills
    • Success in working efficiently in a fast-paced environment
    • Geographical knowledge of the service area
