    Primary Function

    The Performance Marketing Analyst is responsible for the day-to-day management and performance monitoring of various digital strategies, including but not limited to: SEO, SEM, implementing targeted digital advertising campaigns, and campaign landing page creation. Additionally, the role will more broadly support campaign operations and strategy for performance marketing's primary objective to retain and recapture our portfolio of customers.

    Principal Duties:
    • Assist in managing SEO and SEM strategies while monitoring and attributing web traffic to the strategy.
    • Monitor and report on website traffic at large to identify high traffic areas for customer experience and marketing opportunities.
    • Implement targeted digital advertising campaigns based on customer propensity for various home financing products and defined net tangible benefit.
    • Generate unique landing pages and coordinate a complementary blog strategy for all campaign activity.
    • Calculate and report on ROI for all campaign and marketing initiatives.
    • Assist in campaign operations for all campaign methods: Email, Direct Mail, Digital, Outbound, and Customer Service Transfers.
    • Become Marketing Cloud Certified in order to maximize Newrez's ability to harness customer behavior and preference data and convert to high intent leads.
    • Generate and present analysis on testing strategies to inform future decisions.
    • Assist in aggregating weekly executive level reporting on all marketing strategies, campaign activities, and results.
    • Performs related duties as assigned by management.
    Education and Experience
    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing.
    • 0-3 years' experience in a data driven marketing role.
    Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
    • Detail Oriented.
    • Proven experience in managing projects with various stakeholders.
    • Understanding of SEO and Google Analytics.
    • Excellent organization and time management skills.
    • Communication and team management skills.
    • Content writing and editing skills.
    • Strong Microsoft Office skills.
