    Description
    Seeking an experience 5-7 years of experience in Plaintiff's Personal Injury/Workers' Compensation Legal Assistant in Pittsburgh PA.

    Not only will you be able to showcase your skills in a supportive work environment, but you will also have the chance to work closely with a new attorney in the field.

    Position responsibilities may include handling phone calls/mail, document preparation/production, medical records requests, filing pleadings with state/federal court, WCAIS filings/calendar management, data entry, scheduling depositions/mediations, and more.

    Plus, there's a possibility of transitioning to remote work 2-3 days per week after training and demonstration of reliability.

    ~5-7 years minimum experience in Plaintiff's Personal Injury/Workers' Compensation Legal Assistant
    ~ Handle phone calls/mail
    ~ Knowledge in Office 365 Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, One Drive), Neos, Adobe Pro
    ~ Document preparation/production, medical records requests.
    ~ Data entry, scheduling depositions/mediations, etc
    ~ Full time , on site to start, with the possibility of being remote 2-3 days per week after training and demonstration of reliability.
