In this position the successful candidate will be responsible for the development of training requirements and implementation of courseware to instruct Aircrew/Mission Planner functions, including simulation and scenarios used for customer trainingThe selected candidate will be responsible for developing highly creative training courses for existing and new systems
The ideal candidate will provide all aspects of aircrew training to the customer personnel at various locations.
The successful candidate must have experience in utilizing technology-based multimedia applications applying both innovative concept and methodologies and technical skills, using multiple media tools for development of applicable courseware to include latest research trends in graphic design, software and training development techniques
Demonstrate Implementation of latest instructional design trends in graphic applicable training aids such as: flight simulators and various applicable part task training devices.
Selected applicant must have an Active Top Secret clearance with a Background Investigation within the last five years to start in this position.
Up to 20% travel required***Must be a US Citizen
This position is located at a facility that requires special access and a Secret clearance to start.***Basic Qualifications:Candidate must have a Bachelor's degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience
Candidate must have prior military instructor pilot experience
Candidate must have experience with developing, planning, and facilitating training
Candidate must have experience with instructing mission planning, execution, debriefing, communications and ground control element operations
Secret Clearance required to start and the ability to to obtain and maintain Top Secret Clearance per business requirements
Desired Skills:
Experience as a Formal Training Unit or Weapons School instructor
Experience translating a wide application of tactical aviation technical principles, theories, and concepts into training operations
Understanding and application of aviation maintenance training and safety programs and policies
Familiarity with nascent training technologies and applications
Top Secret Clearance

Ability to Work Remotely:
Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules:
Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees
Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed
These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per weekPay Rate:
The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, or Washington is $100,400 - $192,500

PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year

Pay Rate:
The annual base salary range for this position in most major metropolitan areas in California and New York is $115,500 - $217,500
