    Our growing medical practice is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Healthcare Accounting Clerk to ensure the smooth operation of our financial systems.


    In this role, you will:
    Process patient payments efficiently and accurately.
    Manage accounts receivable, ensuring timely collections.
    Prepare and submit medical bills to insurance companies.
    Follow up on denied or rejected claims to maximize reimbursement.
    Reconcile bank statements and maintain accurate financial records.
    Respond to patient inquiries regarding billing issues and provide excellent customer service.
    Assist with other administrative tasks related to the revenue cycle as needed.

    We are looking for someone with:
    A minimum of 1 year experience in a healthcare accounting or billing role (preferred).
    Strong understanding of basic accounting principles and practices.
    Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
    Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    Positive attitude and a commitment to providing exceptional patient service.
