    POINT SEBAGO RESORT- CASCO, ME - HOUSING MAY BE AVAILABLE
    Seasonal Full Time Position
    Primary Duties & Responsibilities
    • Coordinate Entertainment and evening activities as schedule
    • Provide support and leadership to Entertainment Assistants
    • Provide fantastic customer service
    • Managing and implementing entertainment schedules
    • POS System
    • All other duties assigned by Activities Lead or Lifestyle Manager
    • Develops the Point Sebago FUN Experience... aka "Lifestyle"
    • Event Management
    • Creating creative guest experiences
    • Safety Management
    • Lead and host events
    • Coach entertainment staff on best practices, Cove culture and property protocols.
    • Supervise high quality entertainment/activities
    • Assisting Guest Hub manager when needed
    • All other duties assigned by Lifestyle Manager
    Education & Experience
    • Must be at least 21 years of age
    • Experience in entertainment and recreation related field required
    • Certified in CPR and First aid preferred
    Skills & Abilities
    • Results-oriented
    • Team player
    • Highly organized
    • Ability to work nights/weekends
    • Comfortable on a microphone in front of guests
    • Ability to provide experiences to guests of all ages
    • Passionate about entertainment and recreation
    • Strong problem-solving and communication skills
