    As a Call Center Supervisor , you will be responsible for leading a team of Customer Service Representatives that assist customers with WY Medicaid eligibility, enrollment and related tasks.


    Minimum three years' experience in a direct call center supervisory position with demonstrated skills in coaching and staff development required.

    Minimum of two years' experience with call center operations required.
    Microsoft Excel) required.
    Associate degree preferred and/or equivalent job-related experience/training.
