- No administrative-work experience necessary, but preferred
- HIPAA experience preferred
- Ability to pass a comprehensive background check, customer service skills, intermediate to advanced Microsoft suite skills, punctuality, ability to commute to work, a compassionate nature, and good attendance are necessary.
- A resume with a working email address, phone number and which at least speaks to the necessary qualifications above.
- Warmly greet and assist clients at the front desk and over the phone.
- Manage scheduling, communications, and office correspondence with professionalism.
- Maintain accurate patient records and handle sensitive information confidentially.
- Facilitate billing and financial transactions with precision.
- Order supplies and maintain an organized work environment.
- Provide administrative support to enhance team efficiency.
- Prior experience in an administrative capacity, healthcare background (HIPAA experience).
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Proficient in MS Office and adept with standard office equipment.
- High school diploma or equivalent.

Join our dedicated team as an Administrative Assistant at Autism Parent Care (APC) in Carmel. In this role, you will be the organizational backbone of our clinic, ensuring smooth operations and a welcoming atmosphere for families and children with autism.
