    Overview

    Our client is building an operational data store that will hold all access within enterprise systems. Colliding all accounts/access from various systems into one store that dictates access.

    What You Will Be Doing

    Responsible for gathering information from multiple sources to analyze fields of the database to then map to the new fields. Assist with collating access for the enterprise.

    Collaborate with various teams to identify/learn and compare other databases to their own.

    The team is currently working with Oracle and SQL database.

    • Identify and analyze business needs, conduct requirement gathering, and define scope and objectives for companywide / business systems integrated with technology development and infrastructure.
    • Develop data and/or system requirements and implementing technical strategies and data solutions to meet the business needs.
    • Lead or participate in providing technology initiatives for simple to moderately complex business problems within technology business systems.
    • Evaluate moderately complex business, operational, or technical challenges that require an in-depth evaluation of planning and direction conducted to resolve complex business problems.
    • Partner with business and technology teams to evaluate moderately complex business problems and lead a team to provide comprehensive technological solutions.
    • Act as an internal consultant within technology and business groups by using quality tools and process definition or improvement to re-engineer technical processes.
    • Collaborate and consult with business and technology teams to evaluate and resolve issues to provide technological solutions and manage both project schedules and deliverables.
    • Coordinate communication and information flow between business and technology teams.

    • IAM/Access Management Systems knowledge/experience
    • SQL – ability to run queries
    • SQL/Oracle database experience
    • Excel experience to present data to other teams, stakeholders, etc.
    • Excellent communication and collaboration skills – will be partnering with various teams including product owners, business analysts, and technology teams
    • Experience working with SQL and Oracle Database
    • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills using power query.
    • Ability to understand business requirements and translate into data models and solutions that efficiently meet customer needs.
    • Ability to research, trend, analyze and model data.
    • Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy.

    • Experience working with Identity assessment Management (IAM)
