- Responsible for cleaning/ sanitation of assigned beverage stations, including stocking of consumable and non-consumable products.
- Assist bartenders, beverage servers and bar porters to ensure the highest standard of cleanliness, guest service and product availability.
- Fill orders and stocks liquor, beer and pump room supplies.
- Replaces empty beer kegs with full ones.
- Washes glasses, bar and equipment and polishes bar fixtures.
- Sweeps and mops floors and cleans mats.
- Maintains sinks, drains and equipment.
- Removes empty bottles and trash.
- Perform any other duties as assigned by management.
- Provide outstanding guest service to all internal and external guests
- High school diploma or equivalent experience and one year related experience and/or training preferred.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Must be able to obtain and maintain all cards required by the company.
- Must be able to verify right to work in the U.S.
- Walking, standing or stooping (80% of the time).
- Lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling or otherwise moving objects weighing up to 100 lbs.
- Vision, hearing, speech and literacy (critical).
- Must have the ability to read labels and identify products and/or uses.
