    As a Product Delivery Manager in Trade & Working Capital, you work to enhance and optimize the way products are delivered to customers.

    As a key member of the team, you create solutions and efficiencies that enable successful implementations in an expedient and organized way.

    Trade & Working Capital (T&WC)

    Job responsibilities

    Leads end-to-end product delivery processes including intake, dependency management, release management, product operationalization, delivery feasibility decision-making, and product performance reporting, while escalating opportunities to improve efficiencies and functional coordinationLeads the completion of change management activities across functional partners and ensures adherence to the firm's risk, controls, compliance, and regulatory requirementsEffectively manages timelines and dependencies while monitoring blockers, ensuring adequate resourcing, and liaising with stakeholders and functional partnersDiscuss, understand and document the full functional scope of a change initiativeProvide and own detailed documented requirements for technology changes along with user journeys and other supporting artefactsDefine and own a functional roadmap for the change initiativeParticipate in workstream Agile ceremonies to elaborate on the requirements and impart SME knowledgeProvide detailed functional impact at the initiation stage of a change or a project, identify and escalate functional risks throughout the lifecycle of the projectDiscuss with stakeholders and assign business priority against individual components of a change initiativeFunctionally support go-live and immediate after-care, perform ad-hoc data analysis to support the Trade businessParticipate in third-party vendor projects during proof-of-concepts, analysis and implementationRequired qualifications, capabilities, and skills

    5 years or more experience in Product Delivery and/or a relevant domain areaDemonstrated ability to execute operational management and change readiness activitiesStrong understanding of delivery and a proven track record of implementing continuous improvement processesExperience in product or platform-wide release management, in addition to deployment processes and strategiesAdvanced verbal and written communication skills, and analysis skillsAbility to resolve high level conflicts by making broad decisions or negotiating with affected senior managementExperience in working in Agile environmentExperience in working with global partnersPreferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

    5+ years experience in Trade & Working Capital (T&WC). Hands on experience in T&WC Technology or Operations is an added benefit3+ years experience in Supply Chain Finance and/or Receivables FinanceProficient knowledge of the product development life cycle, design, and data analytics
