- Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify speech and language disorders in students.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on assessment results.
- Provide direct therapy services to students with communication challenges.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support students' speech and language needs.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of student progress and treatment plans.
- Stay current with best practices, research, and trends in speech-language pathology.
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
- Valid Indiana state license or eligibility for licensure.
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred.
- Prior experience in a school setting is desired but not required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively as part of an interdisciplinary team.
