- Manages all phases of the IT projects assigned with minimal support, including planning, executing, delivering, and closing activities.
- Work with business leaders and project team members to develop appropriate methodology plans and activities with appropriate tasks, resources, milestones, cost analysis and timelines.
- Provide all levels of project communications and work with project sponsors to resolve issues, address changes and identify risks.
- Using project management tools to track project performance and schedule adherence.
- Contributes to ongoing IT project leadership process improvement by making recommendations to the Project Management Practices, Tools & Standards.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field, or equivalent work experience.
- 1-4 years' experience with IT Project Management.
- Strong Written and oral presentation skills.
- Project leadership skills and ability to inspire teamwork.
- Facilitate meetings within a team-oriented and cross-functional environment.
- Analytical, conceptual, and problem-solving abilities.
- Highly organized and able to multi-task under tight deadlines.
- Knowledge of project life cycles and project methodologies.
- Experience with Project Portfolio Management.
- Experience managing medium to large sized IT projects.
- Enterprise technology deployments.
- IT Compliance and data governance.
- Mergers & Acquisition experience.
- Retail and Restaurant project management a plus.
