    Position Description:

    IT Project Managers are responsible for overseeing all aspects of any project in Flynn's IT department. Manage projects with top-down oversight throughout entire execution to ensure success as defined by adherence to standards of scope, budget, and timeline.

    Some of an IT Project Manager's day-to-day duties include:
    • Manages all phases of the IT projects assigned with minimal support, including planning, executing, delivering, and closing activities.
    • Work with business leaders and project team members to develop appropriate methodology plans and activities with appropriate tasks, resources, milestones, cost analysis and timelines.
    • Provide all levels of project communications and work with project sponsors to resolve issues, address changes and identify risks.
    • Using project management tools to track project performance and schedule adherence.
    • Contributes to ongoing IT project leadership process improvement by making recommendations to the Project Management Practices, Tools & Standards.
    Desired Skills and Experience
    • Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field, or equivalent work experience.
    • 1-4 years' experience with IT Project Management.
    • Strong Written and oral presentation skills.
    • Project leadership skills and ability to inspire teamwork.
    • Facilitate meetings within a team-oriented and cross-functional environment.
    • Analytical, conceptual, and problem-solving abilities.
    • Highly organized and able to multi-task under tight deadlines.
    • Knowledge of project life cycles and project methodologies.
    • Experience with Project Portfolio Management.
    • Experience managing medium to large sized IT projects.
    • Enterprise technology deployments.
    • IT Compliance and data governance.
    • Mergers & Acquisition experience.
    • Retail and Restaurant project management a plus.
