- Develop and implement sales strategies, plans, and objectives to achieve and maintain profits and sales goals.
- Lead, inspire and motivate the sales team.
- Identify market trends and customer needs and respond with creative solutions.
- Manage and nurture customer relationships.
- Ensure regulatory and legal compliance with all sales activities.
- Monitor sales team performance, provide feedback, and take corrective action as needed.
- Analyze sales performance against goals and take corrective action as needed.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, vendors, and partners.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer needs are met.
- Utilize CRM software to track sales activities.
- Bachelors degree or equivalent in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
- 5+ years of sales experience, preferably in debt settlement, financial services, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of business development, negotiation, and sales strategies.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Knowledge of and ability to comply with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Proficiency in CRM software, preferably Salesforce.
- Bilingual Spanish (plus).
