- Provides payroll support to corporate and field personnel.
- Provides payroll support to the Solution Center Help Desk working with SR's and incoming phone calls from team members.
- Updates employee payroll data, general deductions, benefit accruals, tax profiles, and vacation/PTO accruals for the payrolls assigned via manual entry or Excel uploads.
- Performs timely reviews of Time and Attendance data for gross computations as needed for assigned payroll groups.
- Validates payroll processing results to assure data is posted correctly.
- Performs other payroll-related functions and projects as assigned by management, such as validating payment delivery, assisting with vendor payments, ad-hoc reports, etc.
- Provides Vacation Relief for the other Payroll Clerks.
- Demonstrated computer proficiency specifically with Microsoft Excel.
- Demonstrated maturity of judgment.
- Demonstrated ability to meet daily and weekly deadlines.
- Demonstrated ability to perform clerical functions accurately and efficiently.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Possess unquestionable ability to maintain confidentiality.
- A two-year college degree with accounting emphasis or the equivalent in experience.
- Experience with Oracle HCM Cloud.
