    physician role:
    Team based approach

    . The primary care team is broken into four pods that serve to continuity for patient care.

    Each pod consists of a consistent provider group, supported by an advanced practitioner, and 1:
    1 medical assistant support.

    The Advanced Practitioner helps support messages and indirect care, with built in coverage when a provider(s) is out of the office.

    Integrative primary care model

    . VMFH has an innovative approach, with embedded pharmacists and behavioral health specialists within the primary care team, partnering to provide the best care to patients. In primary care, we provide focused, coordinated care for our patients that have resulted in excellent health outcomes.

    . We partner with you to develop a schedule that balances the needs of our patients and providers.

    Ready access to specialty and sub-specialty support through interprofessional consults and direct referrals with collegial and responsive results.

    Compensation:
    A competitive compensation model that incentives quality


    Compensation range:
    $314,000 - $345,000 /year.

    Work with a committed and caring team of physicians, advanced practitioners, nurses, medical assistants and clinical support team members, all of whom are committed to the VMFH mission of improving the health and wellbeing of our patients.

    Job Requirements
    BE/BC; Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
    Ability to obtain a medical professional license in the State of WA.
    Ability to obtain a DEA with full prescriptive authority needed for specific practice.
