    CornerStone Technology Talent Services is seeking a dynamic individual to fill the role of Ariba Procurement to Pay (P2P) Specialist in Miramar, Florida. The ideal candidate should possess a strong background in Ariba P2P systems maintenance, proficiency in SAP ERP data extraction, excellent communication skills, and a knack for problem-solving.

    Job Description:

    The Procurement Specialist role is pivotal within the Corporate Procurement team, focusing on maintaining the companys Ariba Purchase to Pay (P2P) system and supporting the Procurement team with data collection and analytics. This hybrid position entails two main responsibilities:

    1. Ariba Purchase to Pay (P2P) Specialist: This aspect involves collaborating with the Ariba team to ensure the smooth functioning and growth of the Ariba P2P system. Key tasks include maintaining user profiles, vendor databases, and assisting users with inquiries and issues. Additionally, ensuring seamless transaction flow through the Ariba system, including managing Purchase Requisitions approval and resolving Invoice Reconciliations.

    2. Procurement Data Specialist: In this capacity, the role involves working closely with the Procurement department to collect and analyze data from various systems, primarily the companys SAP ERP system. Responsibilities include running analytics, creating comprehensive reports in Excel and PowerPoint formats, participating in ad hoc projects, and supporting the maintenance of the Spend Analytics tool.

    Requirements:

    • Experience in maintaining Ariba Purchase to Pay (P2P) systems.
    • Proficiency in pulling data from ERP systems such as SAP.
    • Strong communication skills (verbal and written) with internal customers and external vendors.
    • Excellent cognitive thinking with analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Attention to detail.
    • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve problems.
    • Capability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Strong computer skills in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access).
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel including VLOOKUPS, IF Statements, Pivot Tables.
    • Capable of extracting & analyzing data from companys systems.
