    General Laborer

    Integrated Restoration is a family owned and oriented restoration business that prioritizes a personal touch while delivering top-quality workmanship. We provide exceptional services in water damage restoration, fire and smoke damage restoration, wind, hail, impact, and reconstruction services. Our team is committed to exceeding customer expectations, ensuring seamless claims processes, and providing detailed documentation for efficient settlements and complete customer restoration to return properties to pre-loss conditions. As a project manager, you will ensure the timely and efficient completion of restoration projects, by overseeing all phases of the job cycle. This entails working with a variety of stakeholders to schedule and plan work, coordinate equipment and materials, operate within budget, and monitor overall progress.

    Compensation
    • $17-23 an hour depending on experience

    Job Responsibilities
    • Maintain a clean work environment by picking up trash, excess building materials, or other potentially hazardous products
    • Provide assistance to onsite tradespeople such as painters and carpenters
    • Transport materials and equipment from one location to another
    • Operate power tools and/or industrial equipment
    • Construct, transfer, and tear down temporary structures such as scaffolding
    • Other manual labor tasks as required by the foreman or supervisor
    • Report any unsafe conditions or equipment in need of repair
    • Available for on-call rotations to assist in any EMS related projects
    • Cross-training around mitigation, construction, and other repair specialties for interested individuals
    Qualifications
    • Ability to meet the physical demands of the job, including lifting heavy objects, digging, and standing for long periods
    • Strong attention to detail
    • Excellent hand-eye coordination
    • Ability to adhere to all safety rules and regulations
    • Knowledge of power tools and industrial machinery is preferred
    • Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills
    • Additional certifications or apprenticeship experience is preferred but not necessary
    • Valid drivers license
    • Self-motivated, responsible, and accountable
